This Question of the Week comes from the International Facility Management Association group on Linkedin.
Most of the projects that I have worked on have been new construction planning-completion. My question is this: CFM prep exam or FMP? I am not sure what I am ready to tackle at this point in my career.
I am leaning more toward the FMP credential, since I am more a construction design/build with an FM title. I am pretty sure I would benefit from it and would able to take the CFM next year with the FMP certification. Any advice or shared experience would be appreciated.
