SOPREMA Introduces SOPRASEAL Liquid Membranes

The company's building envelope portfolio expands with two new spray-applied air barrier products for wall systems.

SOPREMA, Inc. has expanded its building envelope product portfolio with the introduction of two new spray-applied liquid membranes —SOPRASEAL® LM 202 VP (vapor permeable) and LM 203. The SOPRASEAL LM products are one component, air barriers for wall systems and are offered in both permeable and non-permeable options. SOPREMA notes that the monolithic membrane ensures a continuous air barrier and offers superior water resistance, due to the seamless installation.

SOPRASEAL LM offers application flexibility, allowing for installation in temperatures as low as 25°F. SOPRASEAL LM is a thin gauge material, allowing for ease of installation resulting in labor cost and time savings.

SOPREMA offers a comprehensive line of roofing, waterproofing, wall protection and civil engineering solutions. Prouducts include SBS-modified bitumen membranes, polymeric PMMA/PMA liquid-applied membranes, and synthetic single ply PVC membranes, for a reange of applications that include roofing, below grade waterproofing, plaza deck and balcony waterproofing, air and vapor barriers, and bridge and parking structures.
