Galaxy Control Systems’ access control products, Cloud Concierge and System Galaxy software, now integrate with Perspective VMS® (video management software) from LENSEC. This bi-directional security integration provides added functionality to both solutions.
First, the user’s cameras are configured through the System Galaxy access control software to activate on specifically defined access system alarm activity and this video is pushed to display through the VMS. At the next level, the Perspective VMS software will display alarms and statuses generated by the access control system.
“This new integration is unique in the industry in that two manufacturers—Galaxy Control Systems and LENSEC—have created a solution with multiple ways for an end-user to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in real-time,” said Rick Caruthers, Executive Vice President, Galaxy Control Systems. “It’s a complete real-time security management solution for end users and security integrators, with scalability and flexibility for enterprises of all sizes.”
“We are excited about this product integration, especially given Galaxy Control Systems’ leadership in the marketplace,” said Jeff Kellick, Chief Product Officer, LENSEC. “We continuously seek out product integrations that are advantageous to our customers and the industry and are pleased to be able to offer this greatly expanded functionality by working with Galaxy.”
